Before you request a password reset you will need to ensure you have registered for an account and created a password to access your account, go to our account registration page here to create your account and visit our help centre page "Account Registrations" to learn more about the process.
If you are already registered click on the 'Forgot Password' link at the Account login screen and simply type your email used to register your account into the email input box and you will be emailed a new password to reset your login credentials. Please note the email you use for logging into your account needs to be the same email as what you registered with us or made your purchase with.
If you do not receive the forgotten password email it is likely that your account was not created or a typo has occurred along the line of registering. Please email support@mycreativebox.com.au for assistance
