How do I pause or skip a month in my subscription?

We know that our creative community can sometimes need a break, go on a holiday or simply just want to skip a box in a certain month and so our subscription plans allow you to skip a month or pause your subscription for up to 3 months and avoid being charged during this period. You can skip a month by simply logging into your account and clicking on "Delivery Schedule" link from the menu and then click on "Skip" for the month you wish to skip or if you need assistance to do this you can email us at support@mycreativebox.com.au and we will process this update for you.
