I have logged into my account and can see my order status as unfulfilled what does this mean?

"Unfulfilled" means your order is currently with the warehouse operations team waiting to be picked and despatched. Once it is picked and despatched you will receive an email notification it has been shipped with a tracking number to track its progress and its status will change to "Fulfilled".
