How do I login to my account?

You will need to ensure you have registered for an account before you can login. You can register for an account through either the create new account link on our website or by purchasing and ticking the "Remember Me" tick box in the checkout process. Upon registering your account you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your password setup.

Once this is completed your account is active and you can login and will automatically become a member of the free My Creative Club rewards program.  You will also be able to access purchase history, billing information and manage your subscription if you have one. Please note: You are not automatically registered for an account if you have purchased a product from our website and you will still need to register for an account with the same email address you purchased from us with before you can login and access your account
