When will my subscription charge be processed and when will my order despatch?

Your first subscription order from My Creative Box will normally ship within 3 days of order placement and subsequent monthly recurring charges process between the 1st and 10th of each month and orders ship between 10th and 20th of each month. Form time to time due to public holidays and other events outside of our control these dates can change and you will be notified of changes to these dates via email.
