When will I receive My Creative Box?

My Creative Box posts within Australia and Internationally. You can expect to receive your Box within 2-6 business days from despatch date depending on what state you live in for Australia. Internationally generally allow for up to 14 days. You will be provided with a tracking number email notification to let you know when your parcel has been shipped.

For monthly subscription box customers, all boxes in stock ship within 3 days of order placement and  each monthly box thereafter ships between the 10th and 20th of each month after the subscription charge date of the 10th.
